I came in the 26th, Thursday, was checking out and the cashier (Jordan, who was great and super helpful) asked the employee behind me (John) if he thought they might have 4 pallets available, the first thing the employee asked does is make sure to tell me they will not help me load them, which is fine, I never asked or had intentions of asking for assistance. Twice more while I'm checking out, this guy (John) makes sure to rudely tell me they won't help me load them. Again, I never asked. He was so weirdly rude about it that the CUSTOMER in front of me apologized on his behalf as we walked out the door. Usually love this place but the rudeness was unnecessary, I get it you're proud that you don't have to help a young woman, but my goodness, "The Helpful Place" left a sour taste in my mouth. John is the least helpful person I've interacted with in the past 10 years of frequenting this store. Used to be much better.

Always great help... They help you find what your looking for quick so you can be out and back to your project.

A bit pricy, but I'd rather shop lical and spend a bit more to promote our commerce. Service is great!

Literally ANYTHING you need, this place has. Staff is super nice and knows more about hardware than God himself...they are THAT good.
